Design Terms of Use
Don't redesign to the extent that they aren't recognisable Please don't buy to sell Sell for the amount bought unless you have more to them (Art, literature, animation, etc-) Do not use my art for commercial use Do not trace over my art when creating your own or redesigning (This does not include tracing hair to get the right shape, etc)

I reserve the right to use any and all art or designs created by me for example usage, including my portfolio, as a way to showcase my skills and abilities.
I reserve the right to showcase my art and designs to different audiences and media.
My designs, commissions and free art are not created for commercial usage and do not use them in this way without my explicit permission to.
If you support nsfw art of minors, ferals, the act of shipping minors/adults or so on, please refrain from commissioning me or adopting my designs. I will refuse any commissions asking me to do so.
Please do not sell designs for more than you bought them for, this includes buy to sell. (Does not include personal and commissioned pieces adding value to a design)
Please make me aware if you want to private a design made by me, this does not include deleting character profiles, which I do not allow.
Please do not remove images I have made from profiles, if you have redesigned them, then feel free to separate my design onto a different tab as I do not like to lose artwork or designs I have created.
Do not remove my signatures or credit from images, if you share the image elsewhere, please credit me from Toyhouse only.
If you make a design on a baseby me, please, from here on, add a link (other webpage) rather than credit me directly. (Webpage user)
Once you have bought a design or commission from me under these terms, you have agreed to treat my designs and art as I ask you to.
I have a no refund policy once you have verified a sketch.
Do not use my art for nft, for the generation, creation or inspiration of nfts. I do not agree with them and do not want my art involved with them.
My turnaround time for art can vary considering personal experiences and events, feel free to contact me if you wish for your piece to be put on priority.
My Trello is always avaliable for others to check on my work process otherwise.
My bases TOS:
- Bases must be kept on TH.
- Do not remove my signature from the sheet. Feel free to move it, but keep it visible.
- Do not reupload base with edits.
- Feel free to edit features however you'd like!
- Please credit LittleLadBases instead of this account
- NSFW or Hateful edits will not be allowed or tolerated and will simply be blocked.
- Adopts, Customs and your OCs may be made on my bases.
- You may sell designs for money as long as you credit me correctly and do not claim the original base as your artwork.
