He has dark brownish-grey fur which turns silver on his muzzle and some of his longer fur tufts due to age. His chest and tail are a lighter caramel colour, while the stripes on his tail and face are darker. His eyes are bright reddish orange. He has several small scars, the most notable being on the bridge of his nose and his right hand.

A kind and soft-spoken man. He's often weary and rarely shows strong emotions; a stern glance, a slight smile, or a small chuckle are all you're likely to get out of him. On the inside he carries a lot of stress and worry, but he believes he shouldn't burden others with his personal issues.

In his youth he would write simply for his own enjoyment, always keeping a journal with him and scrawling down any ideas he had, whether fictional or based on his own experiences. He discovered Elmridge and, fascinated by its abnormal history, he moved in with his fiancée Amara. Inspired by the strange aura of his new home, he started to take his writing more seriously - in between getting married and raising four children.

He became known for writing several books on the history of Elmridge and surrounding areas, plus other subjects including flower arranging, poetry, and dealing with vampires - although the vampires only came into play after his eldest daughter Veronica was bitten by one. After this incident he dedicated himself to studying vampirism and how to defeat the creatures, although he wanted to bring his daughter back, not kill her for good. However, he started to go against his pacifistic nature when she tried to prey upon his wife and his son Layton. He took up vampire hunting as a side job, wishing to protect others from meeting the same fate. He hopes that he might meet Veronica on his travels, though whether or not he'd be able to destroy his own daughter - despite her violent and animalistic ways - remains to be seen.

Amara Stewart

He shows great loyalty towards his wife and a will to put her needs before his own. They comforted each other when they lost Veronica and nearly saw the same happen to Layton.
