Daizō Anzai

Ake's father. Despite his fearsome appearance, he is a very kind and loving man who's as sweet as can be. He loves his family deeply, and would do anything for them. He always goes out of his way to provide his daughters with whatever they need to succeed, such as when he spent a large chunk of his free time training Ake when she decided she wanted to go to U.A. Like Ake, Daizō is very in-tune with his heritage and the folklore revolving around Onis and other Yokai. He was sure to teach his daughters about their ancestors and make sure they knew to always be proud of their Quirks no matter what anyone says. He currently works as a pro hero, and is fairly popular.

He goes by the hero name Hellraiser, the Underworld Hero

Daizō sports an Oni-like appearnce similar to Ake. His body is large and muscular, and he displays incredible strength and speed. He can breathe out a special green gas that causes hallucinations and can be controlled to create all sorts of illusions.

Sachiko Anzai

Ake's mother. She's a soft-spoken woman who enjoys the simpler things in life. She met Daizō in middle school, and the two kept touch throughout high school depsite attending different schools, eventually getting married once both graduated. Sachiko's family was against her marrying Daizō at first, as they were very intimidated by him, and feared how he'd treat her. However, he proved to be much more of a sweetheart than they expected, and they hesitantly gave their blessing. She was never interested in becoming a hero, and works as a librarian.

Sachiko can breathe fire, and this ability can be amplified by eating spicy foods. The lining of her throat has a layer of fireproof skin, but like Ake she can burn through this layer with heavy use of her Quirk. Her Quirk has the potential to be very powerful but she never sought out the hero lifestyle, so it remained an average Quirk due to lack of training.

Teiko Anzai

Ake's younger sister. Her Quirk was a great example of the Ake family's unpredictable genetics, as it wasn't very reflective of either of her parents' Quirks. She's still in grade school, but already has her sights set on U.A. She looks up to her big sister, and refers to herself as Ake's biggest fan. She was the one who came up with Ake's hero name, along with a basic idea for her hero costume. She's also very inspired by her father, and always buys his merchandise with her allowance money when she can.

Teiko's hair makes up a second mouth on the back of her head (think of Mawile from Pokemon). She can extend her up upto four yards away from her to attack with her second mouth. In order to keep control over it, Teiko must eat a lot more than normal people do in order to keep it fed and tamed. If it becomes too hungry it becomes impossible to control, rampaging endlessly until fed and attacking anyone around her, sometimes even turning on Teiko herself. Doctors say that it's very likely the mouth will split into two mouths later in her life, and Teiko often describes it as being something she's excited for. She has nicknamed her second mouth 'Kuchi'.
