The truth is, when Eins (the real Yesod) was about to die, he confronted with a "Qilphoth's abomination" named Eden. Eins decided to gave his body, memories, and identity to the abomination. Eden promised that it would carry on Yesod's last wish, living his life and perform his duty.
He can control his Qilphoth's power to merge with the virus, awaken into new power. can be use to kill the infected, then collected the negative energy and converted in to power.
