One of the more chilled out and relaxed members of Team Harmony, Arrietty is always willing to help others in need, especially if they need it badly. She is quite partial to assisting those who have a hard time asking for said help in the first place, and in the typical Team Harmony manner, tends to push a little too far when offering her services. Luckily for Arrietty, she knows when enough is enough and will promptly step back and allow her peers to cool off before apologizing and making sure her assistance is truly not needed.

This young lady is amazing at multitasking and managing her time and resources. Unlike a lot of her team members, she is quite put together when it comes to organizational skills and makes sure to allocate her time and efforts to those truly in need of her help- after all, she is Team Harmony's leader, and she does everything she can to live up to the standards this title requires of her. Arrietty is a great conversationalist and problem-solver, which makes working and chatting with her a joy and a breath of fresh air, much to the other team leaders' relief and gratitude.
