T.O.S continued/boundaries -Character design credits may never be transferred from my ownership without my explicit permission. -Design must be owned for more than a week before being able to be traded again. -Characters may be drawn however wanted (ex. NSFW/gore/etc.) as long as it is not where children may see it and the character itself is not a child. Please do not draw mentally disabled characters in these situations or being taken advantage of! It makes me VERY uncomfy. -Characters must never be used to promote/represent hate speech or anything of the sort. This includes the character being transphobic, homophobic, racist, Nazi, etc, even if you yourself are not. -Do NOT draw/write/etc show a character committing acts of incest, pedophilia, zoophilia, rape, or anything of that sort. -Do not redesign the character beyond recognition. -Do not speak for me on boundaries unless they are on this list. -Do not claim a design is mine if it is not. -You cannot sell a design for more just because my creator tag is attached to the design. Sell it for the price it is worth. -My characters/designs/art cannot be sold for more than they were bought for/paid for. I do not care if you value this character more because it has emotional value, value It depending on how much money has been spent on it. - Do not color drop, trace, reference/anything of the sort with my art. I do not care that I do not 'own' a color scheme, It simply makes me very uncomfortable and I will not hesitate to blacklist you if this happens. -Do not remove a design I made from public view. This is to ensure that all my rules are followed but most notably that it isn't used for any type of hate speech. -I hold the right to take a design back with payment of how much you paid for + art if these rules are broken. -I hold the right to be able to blacklist someone from purchasing a design of mine, even if it is in your possession at the time of rehoming. I also hold the right to blacklist anyone for any reason and I do not need to state the reason. -If you have a friend on the whitelist you CANNOT use them to buy a design. -Do not argue with me to be added to the whitelist or be removed from the blacklist. -"It was not on the list" or "I didn't see it" is not an excuse to escape these rules.
