Background
Spanish born, English-Irish raised Moor, born Alfred Boulos. Parents immigrated to Spain from West Africa during Muslim Moorish diaspora and changed their surnames after coming to NW Europe. Alfie is the youngest of three siblings, one brother and one sister. Most of his life has been spent in Ireland, where he currently resides. He speaks English, (a dialect of) Arabic, and a touch of Irish.
Personality
Boisterous and people-oriented, Alfie lives for being the life of every party. Hitting his stride as 19th century dandy, he's never moved past being opinionated, bold, charismatic, driven, and people pleasing, though few would call any of that a flaw. Centuries of the same activity has made him an incredible negotiator and an obvious choice to help run his families businesses, though he would rather use his time to indulge in and everything that makes him feel like he's the center of attention. He's always been almost a polar opposite of Finn, but has always thought it was the best part of their dynamic, and has always regarded him as a brother. They met during the 1860's in Ireland and were inseperable for the rest of their lives. While he helped Finn overcome a lot of his anxieties and personal issues, Finn in turn unknowingly helped Alfie overcome his own self worth and intimacy problems. He's always been awful and connecting selflessly to people, throwing himself at anything and anyone who makes him feel important with little genuine given in return, but remains a truly good man when able to anyone he becomes close to.
