wink is an etch-a-sketch! their body can either be entirely plastic or have shadowy bits 'nd bobs.

02 — Personality
Wink is, above all else, one of the most cheerfully eccentric forces around. They're always seen with that big, cheery smile stuck on display and always have something or other to laugh at, even if they don't voice what it is aloud. They aren't particularly bothered by outside backlash and usually retort with another laugh of theirs. They value humor and comedy above all else, willing to go to extreme lengths if it means carrying out something they can value as funny enough to themself.
They're quick to indulge in reckless actions without thinking through too heavily, fast to letting out their own opinion on a subject without being asked or considering the backlash. Though naturally cheerful in demeanor, they're fast to divulge in short monotones and snappy replies when irritated or overwhelmed. Don't get them wrong, Wink tends to enjoy the nature of crowded, overwhelming scenarios, but they're only... Well, not human.
Wink is particularly apathetic about topics they have an interest in, slow to gather when these topics are unexpected or outlandish to others. In complete honesty, Wink is rather awful at reading the room, and often needs to be told-so before realizing. They're fast to agree and attempt to difuse such tensions with laughter, though.

In truth, most everything that Wink displays is a front of what they've deemed as natural behaviors by what they've been presented with. Wink, as a natural oddity, originally had no concept of what natural behaviors were considered, numb and confused to most human emotion. In truth, they still don't completely understand what's meant to be acceptable and what's out of line. Due to this their personality is as ever-erratic as usually displayed, in an attempt to keep up with the idea of conforming to human behavior.
Even then Wink has their obvious awkward streaks, ridden with great bouts of silence in the face of unknowingness, as well as many fluctuations in behavior, demanor and mood. At the very least, they seem to know they enjoy the concept of fun, so they're mostly working off that.

03 — Background
Background
Wink can't tell you where they come from, or what they're meant to be. They do remember grand, surrealist spaces and the small ripples of disorentiation and nostalgia they felt in these places, but they can't tell you what they were or how they left them. Wink would consider them home, if they were aware of what they'd been, or however they were meant to return.
Wherever they seemed to come from, it's given them a great deal of appreciation for unconventional architecture and spaces, as well as whatever pings of nostalgia they can muster. A love for the unconventionally strange and places that lack in context, places that are completely unfamiliar and yet familiar all the same. Not something they'd voice aloud, but a feeling they have.
Background
Upon leaving whatever their home had once been, Wink recalls skulking for a long while. They were a simple oddity that had no concept of how to conform to what was considered natural, to what was considered comforting rather than frightening. Though they often kept to themself, Wink can recall that whatever their form had been at the time seemed particularly frightening to whatever creatures had viewed them in passing. As such, Wink most often kept to themself, observing patterns in people and creatures to gain an understanding until they were able to become what they are now.
Current
Nowadays, Wink is a wandering oddity, carrying with them their usual pocket full of sunshine and poorly-timed comedy. They feel more at peace with their place in the world, and having the company of others has certainly helped. They go where they please and they do what they like, for they're an oddity with the capabilities to do so.
After all, the world is full of strange instances of fun. And if nothing else, Wink can understand that they do love fun.
04 — Trivia

Wink has an awful lot of shapeshifting abilities and capacities, but doesn't indulge in front of others. In fact, it's unknown if their current form is the original, or...

They do not possess bones. Their limbs are either a plastic shell or of an inky, visceral consistency. As you can imagine, it's not a very fun feeling.

Nobody quite knows what Wink is, least of all Wink.

They smell like birthday cake and sulfur! To be honest, they can't tell you why this is.

Wink's head is very much detachable! In fact, it's free-floating above their neck. They don't seem to care if it's removed from their person.

Cracks or wounds to their plastic parts or head result in the leaking of the same visceral consistency their limbs are naturally made up of. Luckily, these wounds mend themselves quickly. Still not a particularly pretty sight.

Wink is capable of consuming food, though they haven't exactly divulged how. Usually they just ask for people to turn around while they enjoy their treats.

They love carbonated drinks and sugary snacks over anything else.

Their face can project just about anything, include low-quality jpegs and hyperrealistic expressions. They usually keep the smile, though. Nobody seems quite fond of the other possibilities.

Wink has some of the worst handwriting around. They usually justify this by saying it's hard to keep their hands flexible.

Their favorite color are eyesore-inducing neons. They can't just pick one, don't ask that of them.

Wink's display is always covered in stickers, despite disliking the feeling of stickers.
