An AIDA (Artificially Intelligent Data Anomaly) that wishes he was human and tries desperately to make himself as human as possible. 

His human form hides his 'true' form of a large dog monster. Doberman like. 

He has the ability to heighten and feed off human emotions and does so to power himself (it allows him to keep his human form stable as it takes a lot of power to keep it all together.)
