Terms of Service [READ]

I cannot, and will not, regulate what happens to a character after purchase. What you do with it is none of my business. You can resell, redesign, retrade, what have you. You bought it, it is yours.

All I ask is that credit is given where credit is due.

This Terms of Service is more so about offer etiquette than it is character regulations.

Section 1 - General

1. Comment offers are typically responded to faster than DMs. This is because I can check these from my main account.
2. Declined offer comments are always deleted to keep comments clean.
3. All offers will be responded to. If I do not respond quickly, I may just be considering your offer!
4. Offering on multiple characters at once is alright as long as offer is completed.

Section 2 - For art offers

Currently seeking in order of preference: Human(oid) art = Cryptid/creature art > Feral (canids) art. Anthro art MAY be considered, but if you draw strictly anthros I am not likely to accept.

1. Please provide the following when offering:
   1. An exact amount of art that you are offering (no "any amount you want," "however much you think is fair," etc. offers) ((Ex: 2 fullbodies and 1 headshot))
   2. Art examples that show what you are offering
   3. What you are comfortable and uncomfortable drawing (especially species wise!)
2. I like to check in occassionally if a period of time goes by without updates. These are not meant to rush you, and I encourage you to take as much time as you need.
   1. I will check in after not hearing from you in 1 month.
   2. If this goes unresponded to for 1 week, I will attempt another check in.
   3. If you do not respond to the 2nd check in within 1 week, I will cancel your offer and block you. I do not tolerate ghosting. If you just want to cancel, PLEASE tell me so, I will not mind at all.
3. While I do encourage you taking your time, PLEASE do not offer if you will take over 1 year to complete any/all payments. There has not been a single time where waiting that long has gotten anywhere and it's happened too many times for me to tolerate it any longer. (Friends may be exempt)
4. Payments should be submitted to this character (unless you are authorized)
5. Asking me to remove any watermarks is an automatic cancel and block.

Section 3 - For currency offers

1. Please provide the following when offering:
   1. Set amount of money you will be paying (No asking for price ranges. If I have a price range, it will be included on the profile.)
   2. Payment method you will be using
   3. Whether or not you will need the character to be put on hold. I will hold for up to a week.
2. Payment should be sent within 48 hours (Holds are exempt)
3. ALL SET PRICES ARE ABLE TO BE HAGGLED! Especially willing to haggle/discount if you buy in bulk :)

Section 4 - For trade/character offers

1. Please provide the following when offering:
   1. What characters you are willing to trade
   2. What characters are off limits if you do not give a set folder/tag to browse
2. Custom design offers will only be accepted from mutuals.
