I need to update this a bit.

She's always in the fast-lane, skirting past anything that might give her trouble. She's a petty thief for fun, pickpocketing the rich and living on the high of life. Her magical skills are powerful, giving her the command of blood and fire, and allowing her to levitate things with ease. She uses her powers for mischief and often laughs in the face of danger. Yar can control the movements of anything that has blood running through its veins (for a limited time of course), but if the blood is spilled on the ground, you can bet that the fight will be in her favor. She can form a "blood whip" of sorts that allows her to never go weaponless in a duel, and she will even cut herself to draw blood for use in the whip.

Similar to Bricker, she can shapeshift between a were/anthro form and a fully draconic form. Although she seems to have more of a grasp on her human form than others.
