A jovial and laid-back Ashuri who cares very little about formalities. He acts overly familiar and friendly with others and is someone who can get along with just about anyone. He's quite passive and doesn't like do anything that he deems "unnecessary", though if matters are pressing enough, he can drag himself to do it. He loves to drink in the company of pretty men and women. Despite his laziness, he's great at taking care of others and is someone who can always be emotionally depended on. He may pretend to be doesn't care about others, he's very protective of those who are vunerable. He has some abandonment issues and as a result has a hard time being alone, and is very clingy towards those he trusts.
His secret reason for being a guard is a lot more honourable than it would seem, judging by his personality. He's very secretive of his personal life and past, since he doesn't like to show vulnerability and much prefers to just seem always happy.

Haira grew up in a merchant family on the outskirts of the city. He lived a peaceful with parents and younger sister. As he grew older, the growing unrest in the city came to a head and eventually a coup was staged in order to overthrow the current king by a distant relative. Though the coup failed, many civilians were killed in the ensuing fights, including Haira's family. In order to ensure his own survival, Haira ran into the city and lived among the streets, stealing here and there in order to feed himself.
Eventually, he found himself grouping together with some other children who were orphaned and became a big brother figure to them. They struggled, but they had the support of each other. They were able to survive for years, until one of the younger children fell sick. Being unable to treat her, Haira and the other kids looked far and wide for someone who could save the sick child. In a stroke of luck, Haira bumped into a retired soldier-turned doctor who was able to save the child. Seeing how the children were living in squalor, the man decided to adopt the entire group. Haira being the eldest, was close to being of age to join the Royal Guard, and decided to pursue that path in order to help his adoptive father with expenses. Now as a royal guard, he sends most of his salary home to his adoptive family, though he doesn't visit too often in fears of exposing them to danger.

- He often will get night terrors if he sleeps alone for extended periods of time so usually he will find a bed partner or just nap
- From his time on the streets, he is very familiar with shortcuts in the city; he's also incredibly thrifty
Haira and Mihira are in the same guild and assigned as partners. He thinks she's absolutely adorable and loves to tease her, but he's also charmed by her innocence and righteousness. He's extremely protective of her and often acts as the defensive power to her offensive power. He's very very in love with her, but is too insecure to tell her, feeling as if she deserves better. Despite his insecurities, she was able to win him over with her sincerity and they got married.
