Credit to Game Freak for Ralts as a species, and just Pokémon in general. I make 0 claims to this species, just to this specific design. This is in bold since it's up for trade and very important info.

im never using this oc again so if you for whatever reason want a ralts with a rawr xd shirt first one to ask gets them, just be sure you'll use them for something and if you turn out not to, pass them onto someone else (just please don't sell them for money, thx.)
