KAZUMA

Coming from a household of curated swordsmen, Kazuma was raised to be disciplined and know his boundaries under the presence of nobles by his father. Although his upbringing was strict, Kazuma isn’t afraid to initiate challenges as a test of strength for enjoyment. He’s a tenacious man who pushes through, but sometimes he doesn’t know when to stop.  Kazuma greatly admires those who rely on their own capabilities to achieve their goals. However, if you’re seen as someone who doesn’t show potential, your value is the same as a flea. He’s quick to judge one’s strength,  but keep in mind that potential can be shown in many ways. In contrast to his strength, Kazuma’s intelligence for logical and complicated things falls short.

Kazuma’s adaptive abilities are sharp due to his father’s strict teachings and upbringing as a swordsman. He's a bit dense when it comes to guiding or nurturing others as his methods tend to be extreme in the context of using methods that seem dangerous or near impossible.

More than anything he cares deeply for strong bonds despite not showing them openly to others. He doesn’t know how to openly express his gratitude to others with words and thus will show it through actions or gifts, at times he can come off a bit awkward when expressing softer emotions.

As he is getting older, he has realized that he hasn’t done much that satisfied any true fulfillment in his life.  Tracing back to a childhood interest of his, he has decided to pursue it instead of what was paved for him by his older generations. He’s a seasoned veteran in battle, but his skills in cooking are that of a beginner. Without his sense of taste, he has been using his sense of smell to cook, although they’ve all been hit or misses.
