- Hawkkit, Merlinkit, and Kitekit were born to Stoatfoot and Stoneleaf. They were all strong, healthy kits, and were ready to be made apprentices by the time they could walk. The three siblings were incredibly close, and shared everything with each other. They were all made warriors together, and lived their lives to the fullest. Five moons after they had earned their full names, Kiteflutter, Merlinpool, and Stoatfoot were off on a walk together when a badger attacked. Kiteflutter and Merlinpool were both injured, and watched in horror as Stoatfoot was ripped to shreds. Hawkheart blamed his sisters for their mother's death, and within an hour, the family shattered into pieces. He remains bitter towards his family to this day.
