Hydrangea

Hydrangea is a soft spoken, timid pony who loves gardening and the smell of freshly fallen rain. She cares for all plants, beautiful to all or not, and is quite alright with getting muddy in her work. 

She doesn't really have a home base, rather traveling across Equestria with a small cloud-house and her gardening supplies. As of late, she's started documenting any disruptions to local ecosystems due to pony activities, and plans to present her findings to the elite in Canterlot, who seem to forget they have to care for nature just as they have to care for each other.
