This is Ghoulia, everyone thinks shes a stoner on account of the fact that she talks real slow, always arrives late, and is chill to the point of near braindead levels.

Half of the skin on Ghoulias face is missing and she suffers from a snort whenever she laughs cause her nose is mostly plugged. She is known to legitimatly sneeze out parts of her brain, the lunch monsters who work in the cafeteria treat her like a walking biohazard☢️
