1 . u can trade or gift the adopts 2. you can resell but no more than how much it was bought for unless you have extra art 3. you can make any changes you want to the adopt (color,gender,outfit,etc etc) i dont care once its urs u can go nuts 4. please give me credit for the initial design / artwork. 5. i do have a toyhouse so if u please add me as the creator on there (https://toyhou.se/seraphicghost) 6. i have the right to deny selling you the adopt if i feel like youre sus/won't care for the design/etc etc. 7. if you copy or steal my designs i swear to god i will make sure everyone knows ur a piece of shit <3 (but if ur taking inspiration, i dont mind!) 8. adopts are nonrefundable ! 9. i will not make changes to the design without compensation! if u want alterations done by me, im gonna make u pay 10. i typically do not do holds because people will hold onto an adopt and not follow through and i lose money if i do that so unless u are FOR SURE able to pay for them, please do not ask me for holds. 11. no customs, dont ask me for customs 12. you may not make 'closed species' out of my designs. 13. if i ask you to keep certain thing from my design and u change it, im not selling to you anymore. ^^ The original creators TOS
