King-Witch Global Rules
When owning one of my Adopt characters, you must follow certain rules regarding auctions, trades, and giveaways. For questions, send me a direct message.
Breaking these rules can lead to blacklisting and a possible DMCA Report, including being banned from future purchases.
Prohibited actions include:
- Selling/trading a free design without additional art.
- Editing the original art.
- Selling a character to multiple people or without ownership.
- Profiting from characters without permission (unless more art is added).
- Using fake money or unauthorized payments.
- Claiming to pay but not doing so while using the character.
- Repeatedly disappearing during purchase processes.
- Claiming my character/artwork as your own.
- Unauthorized chargebacks.
Permitted actions after purchase:
- Naming, creating a story/personality, or changing the character's gender.
- Using the character in stories or role-playing.
- Altering the character's appearance.
- Giving, trading, or selling the character to others.

am not responsible for how the design is used, including any bigotry, problematic content, or NSFW material. I'm open to hearing concerns, but I should not be held accountable for the owner's actions.
