Producer Hinaki

"It's been a while, dear, but I think I can finally find the place I belong now even without you..."

Main OC Producer for my ongoing Idolmaster crossover fancomic.

Often compared with her accomplished older brother Akihisa, Hinaki doesn’t have a very good relationship with her parents since the beginning. She becomes a rebel and had started a chuunibyou spree during her middle school years, in spite to embarrass her family who owns a greenery shop in the shopping district. It led her to be alone until she met her first boyfriend who accidentally becomes her first husband, Asamiya Itsuki. The two have a very close relationship that even led to the two having premarital sex in high school, which ends up resulting in her being pregnant when she was 17. Due to her lover’s strict family policy, they got married. Hinaki was still forced by her husband’s family to attend homeschooling and courses to make her a suitable lady for the household, and she complies for the love of her husband.

It was going well for 4 years with the two’s love for each other. Yet, when their son, Konoha, was 3, her husband passed, being crushed on by a drunk truck driver. Ever since his inheritance went to her, her late husband’s family really had pushed her around for the exception of Kobato, Itsuki’s little sister who’s on her side. They even attempt to get her son, who is a transgender, to be a female heir married off to a long distance cousin.

She decided to finally step for herself to save her son and hired a lawyer, Teru, who later becomes her friend even after she won the case. However, the agreement with her family had led her to be unable to gain much from the inheritance, and she now had to work. A club member from her past light music club recommended her to be an idol producer and her talent in producing flourishes in 346-pro, in which she produces mainly Chieri, Layla, Ranko, Natalia, the trio unit Individuals, and Takumi, who are like her own daughters.

She becomes accomplished enough to work on another brotherly office, 315pro, because she needed the money and she got a recommendation from her boss to ‘try and work with male idols’. In which her sister-in-law Kobato worked under the fake name of Hatsuzuki Daniel, and also her lawyer-turned-friend Teru is apparently an idol there much to her surprise.

Later on, as she accomplished to be the producer for Dramatic Stars too in 315pro…. and somehow, she enters a close relationship with Teru, though sometimes she’s still unsure about it. By this point, she’s also in charge with two new idols in 346pro, Chiyo and Riamu.

Physical Appearance & Fashion

At 150cm tall without her heels, she’s not very mature-looking, yet if you took a close glance on her you can still see she’s an adult. She has a mole under her left eye (right from other’s view).

Hinaki kept her hair long and thick because she liked to toy around with her hairstyle— though sometimes she jokingly claimed it was because of her deceased husband, no one knows if she’s serious or not about this. She loves her ponytail the most.

She has a pair of small breasts she claims are only ‘big enough to feed a baby’--- it's actually a standard B-cup. But her thighs and butt are thicker and she hates it. She claims to be bothered with this, and would’ve preferred ‘if it was her boobs instead’.

Hinaki wears a suit to work, with a pleated skirt as the skirt. She said it made her move much faster. She wears black stocking in winter, and a thigh-high with shorts in summer. Her casual sense of fashion usually involved a monochromatic base dress or shirt and skirt with cardigan or jacket that has bright colors like red or orange and small accessories like a necklace. In her home, she usually wears patterned, mascot-themed loungewear and pajamas.

(346) On current timeline, her idols-in-charge are mainly Layla, Chieri and Ranko, all three are like daughters to her, but she's especially close with Layla who also lives nearby her apartment that she often invites her over to dinner (along with her maid). With Chieri, she's concerned about her closeness with her son, but supports them in her own ways. Ranko adores her understanding of her chuuni language but Hinaki kept it a secret that she was one too; until Asuka accidentally figured it out. 

Individuals (Nono-Mirei-Syoko), Natalia, and Feifei are under her division as well (and being treated as her daughters much to Mirei's protest), while Mio was her first idol who moved to another division and they're still close enough. Mio nicknamed her 'Aneki' and kind of curious of the widow's romantic life due to Mio's own friendship with Teru in this verse. She's also close with Takumi because of their similar cute-things loving hobbies (and wanting to be treated as an older sister by Takumi). HinakiP is also drinking friends with Shin, Miyu and Kaede. 

Recently, she becomes in charge of two new idols in the production, Chiyo and Riamu. While Chiyo acts as an additional tsukkomi role in her division (and being treated as daughter too by Hinaki, who sees her being similar to her own son), Riamu is someone Hinaki found hard dealing with but can't leave alone, though Riamu tend to say she sometimes wish riajuus like her would explode. 

(315) She's a good friend of Teru's. They both have feelings to each others, but Hinaki is too dense and it might took a while until they are together, even if they were there could be some problems... Somehow she ends up befriending Kaoru and Tsubasa too due to her relation with Teru. In this verse, the reason why Kobato scouted Drasta was her, so she ends up being their producer by-de-facto once she worked in 315pro. While calling Teru by his name only in private (she called him 'Tendou-san' in work), she called Kaoru and Tsubasa as 'Sakuraba-kun' (Raba-kun when she's joking around) and 'Tsubasa-kun'. 

Saki and her are quite close, and she often let Saki play with her hair. She's also close with the old man gang, particularly Jirou who teases her relationship with Teru and Amehiko who somehow reminds her of her late husband (she calls him Ame-san, and Amehiko himself is more interested in his husband's spirit who were following her...). The HighxJoker kids reminds her of her past in high school and she sees them as her sons.

Dani-kun aka Kobato, the producer of 315pro in this verse is a little sister (in law) figure to her that she owe a lot to, she helps time to time, especially her friends. Due to this, right now she helped managing Drasta too by her request. 

(765) She's a fan of Akane and collects her doll mascots. She kept this a secret from her kouhai, AriP, who only knew she's a fan of Shiho and Clover (who she also loves just as much).

Personality

Hinaki had the tendency to not rely on people and just go with other people’s flow once it’s herself that’s involved. However, she’s protective and aggressive when her beloved people’s rights are disturbed. She doesn’t really think she’s worth anything ever since she was pushed around by her deceased husband’s family, and had developed depression since. She started to learn her own worth from the people who love her, which includes her idols and had become much better since. When she got depressed, she usually got more indulged into her work and kept it to herself until someone trusted spoke up to her, holding back her own worries in a busy yet happy facade. When she did cry though, she cries hard.

She tends to react childish and hyper happily when it involves things she collects, like cute mascots. Seemingly childish, but can be mature when needed. Really gentle with kids but ruthless with creepy adults. She likes drinking. Loves her son but wished to have a daughter--- something she found in the idols she's in charge with.  She adores cute animals and collects either weird or cute mascot plushies--- her son often complains about the plushies filling their small apartment. She’s also a jokester who laughed at even the lamest of jokes.

When she’s too drunk, she’s a sobbing type of drunk who reminiscences bad memories and complain. Used to play MMORPG in her youth but now she mostly play mobile games as a free-to-play player (She met AriP who becomes her kouhai in an MMORPG community). She’s quite a negative person, but she tried to hide it with positive thoughts. She’s surprisingly easy to read from her expression when she’s not serious, but when she’s serious she’s very hard to read.

One of her secrets is that she used to be a huge chuunibyou during her middle school. 

Despite how her cleverness and skills in managing things and being producer is genius tier, she's kind of an idiot in some other perspectives and had forgotten most of her high school subjects. She cooks well, though she's better at making snacks. Kind of dense when it came to romance, even back then.
