history
Maple is a middle child of 9 siblings. Their parents lived in a little community of puflons that believed in worshipping nature and love that connects all living beings across Bellacoste. While really enjoying the peaceful life with his parents, eventually all kids are expected to leave and thread their own path in life. Maple doesn't believe in the conflict between vespires and pouflons but joining the guard seemed like a good way to utilise his enthusiasm for helping people and de-escalating conflicts.

Despite leaving home some time ago you can still very much tell he was raised by hippie parents. He's easy going and quite shameless, likes company but doesn't mind if it's quiet. He's very open about his feelings letting people know whenever hes happy or otherwise. Some lons would describe him as mysterious but thats because hes usually focused on doing his own thing, hes quite goofy once you get to know him.
personality
They don't see eachother much these days with Pine wandering through Bellacoste and Maple mostly staying on the border to The Ebony Wreath but, whenever they do meet they light a bonfire and tell eachother stories they've come across during their time separated.
