Backstory: She had a very good childhood, she always had her teddies and her ball to play with, and loved to bake with her Mum. She'd play football with her Dad and they'd all sit together and watch movies every Sunday. That was, until her mother went out one night with her friends to a hen party where she got a little too drunk. She came home smelling of strong alcohol and men's cologne. Her Mum and Dad had a very long and loud argument while Melissa sat on the top of the stairs, crying. That night her mother slept on the sofa away from her Dad. After that night things were very different. Her parents were very stressed, they wouldn't hug or kiss anymore, and slept away from each other. After a while they got divorced and Melissa lived with her Dad in the house, though her Dad had to work more in order to pay the bills. Melissa grew lonely at first, being an only child, but this led to her developing a very active imagination and her writing a lot of small stories, which got her good grades in school.

She has a small tattoo of an owl on her inner right wrist, two cat eyes on the back of her neck and two feathery wings coloured red on her upper thigh, you can see them when she wears shorts.
She loves to wear cat eyeliner so she has almost perfected the art of it.
