Backstory (Brief):

Bergin has been convicted of many crimes- from murder to drug rings to general swindling and supporting organized crime. Though he was a lawyer that one of many of his cases in dirty ways, not many know his motivation is actually his cousins. No one within the village that Bergin was in had ever seen his cousins or why he would commit such heinous misdeeds (and seem to enjoy them no less) in the name of a few other family members, and when it came to convicting him for his crimes... The legal system had not helped him when those in the village took it upon themselves without a trial to toss him into the rapids and leave him to die in the waters.

The sly fox had cheated death, but not entirely. Washing up on a stream who knows how far away from the village he had lived in, he found that he had become a drowned zombie. With little memory of his cousins remaining and a life of crime behind him, Bergin found this second chance at life to be a blessing... And wouldn't take it for granted. He was going to build himself a better life from the ground up. Take on the world as honestly as he could. Even if... returning to the past is unavoidable.
