personality

Evzy likes to joke around and have fun, but it's often at the expense of others. She's not necessarily a mean person - she's just very snarky and sardonic. She's rather hot-headed (though her anger tends to manifest outwardly in a passive-agressive way), and if you make her angry she'll probably hex you or something...Even if you don't anger her she'd probably still do it just for kicks honestly. Still, for the most part, she's more or less harmless.

She's very flirty, but seldom has any actual interest in the people she flirts with, she just likes teasing others and has fun seeing them get flustered. It's to the point where she, on occassion, will get genuinely surprised when others reveal they thought her flirting was serious or that she liked them. While she's not very interested in forming serious romantic relationships with others, she's not opposed to more casual encounters.

She's very lazy and procrastinates heavily on almost everything she does, and then later rushes things, so they don't turn out as good as they could have - she very rarely puts her full effort into anything. She sells potions and assorted items with magical properties, as well as offering to perform charms or curses for others, and while the quality of her works is not neccessarily bad, it could still be a lot better if she just bothered to put in more effort.

Evzy complains a lot, has little-to-no empathy, is completely full of herself and will almost always put herself before others, but....if someone is willing to put up with her despite all of this, she's not a bad friend.

Evzy owns and runs a magic shop out of her own home. She sells potions and offers to perform echantments (or curses), as well as selling various ingredients needed for both.
She's a fan of the bartering system, and usually instead asks for items instead of money as payment. The item in question can range anywhere from the person's most treasure possession (even if it's not something of monetary value) to something the customer just happens to have on their person that catches her eye. It's more due to her being impulsive and a bit of a hoarder, rather than her being materialistic, though. She thinks money is "boring", and only cares to make enough to get by and to gamble with.

abilities

Evzy was born a witch with magical abilities, and though the powers she possesses are quite strong, she rarely does anything to full extent of her abilities.
Her magic does not require any wand, staff, spell, or incantation of any sort to be performed. She does however use gestures occassionally, such as hand waving or finger snaping, which are more for show than anything else.
Though her magic is powerful, there are rules and exceptions to what she can do, even if she DID give her best efforts. Evzy cannot give life or sentience to anything (including bringing back the dead), though she can animate inanimate objects. She cannot make anyone truly fall in love with another person, though she can cause them to be temporarily infatuated. She cannot grant anyone talents they do not already possess, but she can perform a luck charm or create a luck potion to greatly increase their chance of success in whatever they choose to do (though these potions are tricky and easy to have go awry). Finally, she cannot create new matter from nothing, although she can transfigure items into something else, or teleport an item, as long as she knows the exact location of the item in question.
