Razor had a difficult start in life. He was built with a serious glitch in his brain that causes spontaneous unprovoked outbursts of violence. It used to scare him when he was younger, for he genuinely wanted to be a normal bot with a normal life and normal relationships. Sadly, his family was always fearful of him, making him feel even more isolated. He tried his best to be normal, but after an incident involving his parents and a chainsaw, things were never quite the same. He started to slip further and further into madness, but still fought it until one day he finally snapped and unintentionally "dismantled" his girlfriend. After losing the last bot who was keeping him grounded, he totally let himself go and became Robotania's most infamous serial killer.

The crime rate in Robotania is very low, and the murder rate is especially low. Razor's brutal (and messy) killings caused terror and panic across all of Robotania. Bots were so scared of him that when he was eventually caught, he was the first and only criminal to ever have the death penalty considered for the, (something that is banned in Robotania). However, after considering that Razor has a glitch in his head that heavily influences him to commit his atrocities, he was put in maximum a security prison instead.

Prison in Robotania is reserved for only the most vile and corrupt individuals. But because of Razor's glitch, some spoke out against him being put in prison, saying that he should have been put under psychiatric care instead. However, the protests changed few minds. Razor was so reviled by the public that the majority of the public wanted him to be thrown in prison forever. To this day he is still there.
