Description:

Yirgalisu Rrevevenzírriu is the only child of Kámepyu and Hyalalinto Rrevevenzírriu. As he is not yet married, he has no middle name. He manages the family’s small wig shop with the help of his apprentice Luanne. 

Yirga is a slight, unimposing man with narrow facial features and gray eyes. He has long, wavy, dark brown hair that reaches to his hips, and is usually worn open or braided. However, Yirgalisu’s most defining feature is his magnificent beard, which extends to nearly twice the length of his body. As he is a trichomancer, he can grow his beard at will, and usually keeps it at around 8 to 10 feet. However, he can grow it as long as 30 feet, and possibly longer. It is the same color and texture as his head hair, but with a streak of gray. Its thickness and softness is comparable to that of a woolen blanket, and he often wraps his beard around his neck and shoulders to shield himself from the cold winds. When he is inside, he will drape it over one shoulder and let the rest trail behind him on the ground. Yirga harvests and regrows his own hair to create most of the wigs that he sells.

Like his parents, Yirgalisu has a strong Zhagenbi accent when speaking English. He pronounces his W’s as V’s and slightly rolls his R’s. He also has trouble with clusters of three or more consonants, as they are rare in Zhagenbi but common in English. His accent is quite beautiful to listen to. Curiously, he talks to himself in both Zhagenbi and English. Yirgalisu is an introvert, preferring to spend his evenings reading, knitting, or listening to music. He has a fondness for mitafshi (a Zhagenbi stew made with bone marrow and conifer needles) and protein shakes. In fact, he requires much more protein than the average person, to maintain the length and strength of his beautiful hair. 

Trichomancy style: Yirga's style of trichomancy is a mix of both his parents' styles. Outside of growing his hair for wig-making purposes, he can use both his facial and scalp hair to restrain human and non-human targets. He can also wrap people in his hair to calm them, as his mother did with him when he was younger.

Trivia:

• Yirga makes rope and twine from his hair, and even used it to make his own snowshoes.
• He likes to knit in his free time.
• When he ran cross-country in high school, his last name was so long that it skipped a line on the uniform (this happened to a few of his teammates as well).
• Luanne has mentioned being so relaxed by his voice that she wanted to fall asleep on the job.
