I've wanted to start getting into animation, and wiggle/blink icons like these feel like a good start, but I'm also kind of curious- If you don't mind my asking, roughly how many frames are usually used in your wiggles..? And/or, maybe, how many fps..? It's okay if you're not comfortable answering this; I just thought knowing this may help a bit with me figuring things out.. 👉🏻👈🏻 ((I just rlly love the smoothness level of your wiggles, and was hoping to do something kinda similar <3))

i work on ms paint so the icons can look a bit pixel-y and also cause i find it easier to use for smaller projects :)
gifs like these have a total of 9 frames, 1-2-3 are stills but redrawn to have the "squiggly" effect; i use the first frame as a base for the others !
4-5-6 are repeated images of 1-2-3 in a different sequence so that it can have more time to build up the blinking
7 is a almost closing eye, 8 is a closed eye and 9 is a opening eye !
to assemble all the images i use a gif creator online, ezgif (https://ezgif.com/maker)
the frames 1 to 6 are usually 20 miliseconds; i use 18 miliseconds for the frame 7, 22 miliseconds for frame 8 and 16 miliseconds for frame 9
using a smaller number on frames 7 and 9 helps to make the animation smoother and quicker :)
i think a video tutorial would work better as an explanation, but i hope this helped a bit ;o;
