Green Sapphire

Friends with the other Pandora's Universe Gems. She has no weapon, just ice powers I guess. 

Her gem is on her left thigh (not visible on ref). Her dress has a slit to expose her gem.

She's Mint Pearl's former owner. Got caught in the middle of the rebellion and got poofed during an incident. Her whereabouts are unknown. After she poofed her gem was lost, this leaving Mint alone. Eventually Mint was transferred to another gem.
