              He was a soldier who did not have the chance to live in luxury, despite his efforts to move up the class system in the Silla Dynasty. Sun fought in the Ruler’s name fiercely and was extremely devote to the deities during his time as a human. The man was lived alongside with his grandparents, due to the fact that his parents were always busy at work and maintain the family. He never felt any sort of betrayal by his parents, rather he felt sympathy and long wanted interaction.

              Whenever he died, the deities received their devote follower with open arms. Sun was given the chance to work alongside with them and over the course of time, they trusted him with important tasks (changing the weather, watching over the poor/needy, delivering messages, etc.). After they took note of his vigorous efforts and closely observing him, to see if he was trustworthy of handling more difficult tasks. Until one day, they decided to grant him a god status and let him pick available options; which he chose to be the god of the water and luck.
