Artur is the embodiment of Kraftwerk's 1975 album; "Radio-activität".
Artur is a stern and refined individual who can come off as pretentious. He keeps his hair short and often brushed off his face. He primarily dresses in a workers coat and dark grey turtleneck.
He's a worker in a local nuclear power plant and is tasked with monitoring power outputs and ensuring things run smoothly.
Outside of his work, Artur is fascinated by sounds, music and voices he hears over the radio. He has a vast collection of different radios and has modified a few to allow him to pick up different transmissions from various countries in Europe.
He is a polyglot and can speak a few languages fluently, this includes; German (first language), English, French, Polish and a little bit of Cantonese.
