Background: Charlie is Sydney's older brother, who is about to graduate from his junior year of high school at the time the story takes place. He is not shown in the comic until chapter 7, but is noted to have talked to/worked with Finn.

Physical description: A short, skinny white cat with brown tabby patches and blue eyes. He is about 5'8, but slouches most of the time, so he looks like he's 5'6. He often wears t-shirts and cargo shorts.
