TOS +blacklist

1. Follow the post's TOS theres gonna be stuff like "No holds","Pay within 24 hours", stuff like that. If you break them 3 times, you will be blacklisted permanently. If you didn't pay within 24 hours, unless you have been granted for a hold, the auction will restart and you will be banned from bidding for two weeks.

2. Dont trace, heavily reference (same shirt, clothes or hair pattern and style, etc) or steal my arts and designs. I dont mind color picking, taking inspiration, or copying my art style. Do not remove my watermark/signatures on my wips. Blacklisted permanently if you break this rule.

3. On payment, please add a note stating your toyhouse name in paypal! Or if you forgot please leave a comment or dm stating your paypal name!! This is done to hopefully prevent chargeback from succeeding.

4. If you need to back out from a bid, please inform me and the previous bidder before backing out. Backing out without informing will result in a blacklist for 3 weeks. Backing out after winning the bid will get you banned for one week despite the reasons and if this happens 5 times you will be blacklisted permanently.

1. You will be added to the hold ban, that will list people who are not allowed to hold on any of my adopt, if you:

• fail to pay the hold (didnt inform before the hold expired) (banned for a month) 
• Cancel the hold (banned for 2 weeks) (informed before the hold expired)

• The adopt price is higher than 75$
• The reason you can't is outside of your control (Accident, etc)

People in hold ban CAN bid on my sales. They just cant do holds.

1. Don't sell my adopts for a price higher than the original price (the price i first sold it) + prices from commissioned pieces + value of arts you made on your own if want to give it value. I have no rules for the value. It is your responsibility as an artist to properly give value to your art and a trader to be wise on trades. 

2. Don't monetize my art or you will be permanently blacklisted. You need to create your own art from my design if you want to monetize it. I am against NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens). You will be blacklisted permanently if you monetize my design with NFTs or monetize my art.

3. I am only allowing changes from natural skin color (brown, pale, white, black, etc) to unnatural skin color (blue, red, green). Any other design changes are permitted as long as it is not offensive. I will personally decide the duration of your ban if you break this.

4. Please clarify the age on both characters before shipping any of my adopts and drawing/commissioning artists a sexually suggestive/sexual pieces. I will not tolerate any minor x adult, incest ships, nor sexualized/suggestive arts of a minor and will permanently blacklist you and report you.  

5. Do not use my adopts to promote/ glorify / commit actions below, such as:

• Homoph*b*a, Transph*b*a, or anything against the LGBTQ community
• Harass, bully, threaten others under baseless assumptions you made for a certain group.
• Rac*sm, able*sm, sex*sm, and other prejudices.
• P*d*philia, Zooph*lia, Fetishizing lgbtq+, r*pe and idk whatever illegal fetishes there is.

Will report and permanently ban you if you break this.

(in clarification of this rule, i am absolutely fine with you writing my character as a p*do, r*cist, hom*p*be or whatever stated up there AS LONG AS THE ACTIONS ARE VILLANIZED. Im pretty were were all fruit salads but like in case if you're writing "This character is a good Christian who hates gay people" or labeling the character funny for being transph*b*c, racist or some other offensive shit then were gonna have problems)

6. Do not transfer any of my characters to any accounts linked in my blacklist. Will result in temporary ban for minimum the same duration left as the person they transferred it to or maximum 4 months. I WONT CARE if you don't know they were blacklisted. 

7. Dont trade my characters for AC (Amino coins)

1. Sending insults to me or other bidders will get you on the blacklist for 6 months(extended). Sending threats, harassments, or any offensive words/sentences to me or the other bidders will get you on the blacklist permanently.

2. I am free to deal with situations i deem as problematic towards my account and people who interacted with me however i please if the problem is not stated in this TOS. I'm allowed also to bend the rules and judge you fairly or give you certain punishments i see fit.

3. Acts of defamation such as spreading false rumor, attacking anyone under my name or for me will get you blacklisted for 4-12 months or even permanently depending on the severity of the situation.

People in this blacklist are not allowed to bid, trade, or offer on my adoptables from me and from other owners. Permanent blacklists will be blocked. Temporary blacklists will be closely watched. 

Do not use the reasons on this blacklist to harass anyone in this list unless of course Section IV rule 1, Section III rule 4 and 5 breakers yeah fuck them bitches. Please dont attack anyone here!

Treat this blacklist strictly as a rule for treating them as a buyer or a trader for MY designs that you own.
