“I became a Pro-Hero to protect people’s smiles!”
At first glance, Rika is a kind and gentle individual, but within minutes, one can realize that she’s energetic and full of passion, possessing a very vibrant personality. She’s playful and a little childish, teasing her colleagues and joking around with them. The Pro-Hero doesn’t seem to enjoy negativity and sullen personalities, almost to the point of toxic or unrealistic positivity as she almost gets offended by pessimism. Some may be unnerved by her constant chipper behavior, and wonder how one could be so lighthearted despite the circumstances. She appears to have a rather childish or “airheaded” demeanor at times, using sound effects to describe events or objects, or getting distracted during faculty meetings because she doodled a funny rendition of a colleague. Rika during combat, however, is noticeably less air-headed, although she remains bubbly throughout. Her philosophy may come off as a bit twisted to others as her “toxic positivity” especially comes into play; to her, villains are threats to people's’ happiness, and therefore deserve the worst kinds of retribution in order to keep the world laughing and full of joy. She has a very black-and-white view of the world -- you’re either an unforgivable, terrible villain, or a hero. This unveils an unlikely sadistic side of Rika despite her appearance… although she’s still smiling.
