Burke is a very confident, caring and protective man, if you get past a short phase of stone walling you will have a friend for life, and a man who would be willing to take a bullet for you.
Dispite his time in the millitary being quite a long time ago he still has the dill master sergent mantality, if you need to be barked orders at because youre doing stupid things he will not hesitate to do so, but he dosnt do it to be aggressive dispite how it sounds, he just does not want you to chance death.
Burke is a man who can at times find it hard to trust people who he dosnt know, you will know youve earnt his trust and respect when youve shown youre worthy of it.

› BACKSTORY
Burke is a pre-war sergent, he was honourably, medcially dischared due to having the femur in his left leg shatterd during a skirmish.
Before the bombs dropped he had a wife and son; Missy and Carver. When he was put into a vault when the bombs were dropping his they were out and didnt make it to the vault.
He was put into Vault 93, A vault made for ex-millitary personel with expertise that would be needed in the post-neuclear wasteland who would be cryogenically frozen until they were needed, akin to Vault 111, the diffrence being all men and women who were frozen woke up again, most of the squad still live in vault 93, and he often brings them back supplies and randevus with them, he is extrmely close to those who are still alive and often communicate with them via radio, helping set up some trading between some vaults and settlements.
