• Generates a mist-like miasma that blights and mutates organisms that breathe it in.
• Can also breathe out this miasma more directly.
• Victims experience rapid enhancements and mutations, providing an illusion of immediate strength.
• However, the blight slowly consumes victims from within, leading to a weakening and eventual demise.
• The weaker the victim becomes, the more direct influence Kalithrax has on them.
• Can manipulate or control those who have succumbed to the blight to an advanced stage, adding psychological horror.
• Stronger-willed individuals may resist his influence for longer.
• His blight may focus on animals or people, narrowing the scope of his abilities.

Mostly an extension of the "extra arms" thing, plus linking it to the control aspect. The idea is that the core of the power is Master-like, the kind with minions, rather than a blanket mutation—what if giving people extra limbs and shit isn't because the miasma is mutating them, but actually attempting to turn their biology into some kind of multilimbed aberration?

Where if the normal application of the miasma is to turn organic matter into a moving mass of limbs and appendages, he can also make it so it works on living beings to a certain extent, with repeated applications making them more and more limbomination-esque and thus more subject to his control

Another thought is that repeated/prolongued application doesn't quite immediately turn them into a limbomination, and at a certain point the original organism just shuts down and the limbomination then hatches out of the body
