GildedPhD's Design TOS

You may:

• Gift or trade my designs;
• Resell my designs, but not for more than you paid; (UNLESS they have extra artwork attached to them)
• Post my original art of the design AS LONG as credit is given to me and the post links to me properly;
• Tweak the design (acessories, hues etc.) and character traits (personality, gender, etc.) to your liking!
• Use the design for roleplays, stories etc.

You may not:

• Claim you made the design;
• Trace my artwork or claim it as your own;
• Use my artwork itself for profit;
• Remove my signature from the original art of the design;
• Turn the design into an open or closed species.

Please contact me if you plan on using the design commercially! (merch, published stories etc.)
