A human witch who runs a small witch cafe named "Lucky Charim Cafe". The witchy cafe sells coffee with simple light charms casted into them as well as brunch and other potions/spells on the side. Wendell is responsibly for brewing all the coffee and charms while her childhood friend Gideon works as the cook in the back.
The cafe was a hand-me-down shop under her home where her mother used to run a book store. She has since renovated quite a bit to accommodate the cafe, but the walls are still lined with shelves of books that the customers can read and purchase whenever they want.
