He's calm, collected, and specializes in planning, organizing, and managing the little things in life. Excels at talking you down when you're feeling anxious, and reassuring you by walking you through problems one by one and subsequently coming up with plans to deal with each of them efficiently. Ever the reliable soul!

Oscar is in charge of overseeing the goings-on at The Sanctuary and makes sure everything is in working order. If any issues were to arise, he'd be the first one to be notified, as well as the best person to rely on for solid plans of action. He wishes for nothing more than the safety and happiness of all who reside within their realm, and works hard to accomodate and care for all those within and without The Sanctuary proper.
