Personality: Kasane is very strict when it comes to taxes and she will literally scream or growls angrily whenever someone's either too lazy to pay taxes or just refuse to, so she's literally the one who throw tantrums at them. But besides, she's kind of judgmental and quite an investigative as which she refers to just look at them and ask if they did or not. She often finds things very impressive and fascinating about the interior design.
Kasane is also an appreciative woman when befriended and she often compliments when they have a point or do the right thing, but she will always just make sure that you have to pay taxes everyday :).
