Stefano

An oddity for sure, Stefano is a bit of a lurker. He spends most of his time at home or hiding out in various hotels or motels.
He wears a TV over his head, and is capable of removing it and interacting with it. For some reason or another,
Stefano's face is heavily corrupted. It does allow him to interact with technology on a far more... personal level though, and is capable of manipulating electronics as he wishes.
He is always on the move, but enjoys arcades and gaming with his 'friends' (which is pretty much anyone on the internet let's be real)

Stefano gets into a lot of trouble with his notoriously sticky fingers and avid "curiosity" over how various things work.
