These rules apply to those who purchase or own my designs:

-Designs may be resold/traded/gifted 

-Once you re-sell/trade/gift the design, it no longer belongs to you, you may not try to force them to give the character back to you. 

-Credit me for the design the first time you draw them/if you upload them to toyhou.se

DO NOT: 

-Ask for offers without mentioning actual value/original buying price

-Sell for more than paid for without any extra art (If you receive a character for free and there is no extra art made for them then they will have to be free when you are ready to give them up) 

-Take back or "revoke" a character you have sold/traded/gifted (In this case you have legally given away a product and you may not take that product back. (Think of this in a way of selling real merchandise such as clothing or furniture.) 

Characters will not be revoked, but you will no longer receive my services. (This includes: Adopts; Customs; Breedables; Etc.) 

Trading/selling a character by me to someone who's blacklisted will result in you being blacklisted as well I have the right to refuse service to any users
