Cleaver is the outcome of a Science experiment done on the children of a small village. He mentally and physically changed and morphed into a mutated creature that wants all to suffer the way it did. His current task is to find the escapees, Mokia and Ainsley, to return them and continue the testing.

He is the second highest ranking successful experiment in the facility aka the prison.

The meat is a strange parasite that takes ahold of the hosts mind.
