An archangel created to govern the Heavens alongside her god, but due to reasons unknown, was discarded. Not only Chii, but another angel of lower status took the fall with her, Kaji. They awoken together on Soirle.
Clueless of her origins or initial purpose, as she has no recollection of ever growing up in the Heavens or even knowing of her god, she remained optimistic and hasn't had a single thought for what may happen to her in the future as an angel in the mortal world.
Many fallen angels become distressed once their "purpose" is lost, who are they without their god?
But such doubts never set in Chii's mind: "If I'm an angel lodged onto Earth, then that means my 'purpose' lies here, doesn't it?"
With her own sense of purpose created in her mind, Chii made it her goal to spread love and happiness to all earth-dwellers. It's what her god would've wanted her to do, right? War, famine, death, disease... The troubles of mortals and those who live outside of the heavens, there has to be something Chii could do.
And the best way to have her dream realized, in her eyes, was to create an organization full of others who share this very dream!
With a proposition made and accepted by a human to form a guild (they needed to have at least one human on board to get their organization off the ground!), this began her group known as "Paperclip".
Chii can speak a bit abrasively at times, not caring to bother with fancy words or sugarcoating things to anyone. In fact, Chii steers away from anything related to being "fancy" or "proper"! She simply revels in the idea of being so far from the typical angel and has made it her life goal to defy the very definition of what it means to be an angel! She loves having fun and not caring too much about any rules.
But of course, as the guildmaster of Paperclip, she must have an ounce of maturity and decision-making skills in her blood, right?
She is lenient and easily trusting, yet has a very defined sense of justice; yes, she's all for giving second chances and not allowing preconceptions to cloud her thinking, but if you hurt her friends it's all over for you. You will make your apology or turn into the dirt she walks on.
Chii, being one of the most untraditional archangels out there, fights primarily using punches and kicks, like a brawler; there's no angelic, holy sword bestowed upon him by the heavens or anything of the sort in hand, just his good ol' reliable fists!
While he possesses heightened strength that makes his punches oh-so deadly as is, he can further amplify his damage by imbuing his attacks with "holy magic".
This holy magic he wields is, a bit different than the norm; rather than being cast as a gentle, delicate ray of light, Chii's holy magic is sporatic and explosive, coming out in quick bursts in front of him. Not to mention—his magic is pink! Which is...actually, not that out of the ordinary, as the color of angels' magic often aligns with the god who created them.
As an archangel, Chii should be able to borrow from his god's arsenal of weaponry and summon a projection of their weapons at will, but...as we know, he's never had contact with his god face-to-face before, so how would he know how to summon one of their weapons?
From heavy encouragement and pointers from Tide, Chii was able to summon a projection weapon: A bow. Now...tell me, what use does a brawler have for a dinky bow?! The two are completely incompatable, for now at least. Perhaps as Chii matures, he will find a use for this newfound ability...
Chii, while it did take a bit to warm up to the idea of fashion and caring about its appearance, has a love for its fashion style and takes pride in being "adorably cool". It mostly wears loose or oversized clothing; never anything formfitting, finding them uncomfortable and stiff.
- 5'0" (152 cm).Sharp, shark-like teeth.
- Almost always has a happy/smiley expression.
- Its eyes default to the color hot pink, but are varicolored and can change to a wide array of colors, most notably being: red, periwinkle, gold, or a gradient of two different colors.
- It has a large, heartbeat monitor-like halo that appears over its head when using intense holy magic. It fades away after combat.
- Favorite colors to wear out are pink, black, and red.
- The projection weapon Chii has been able to summon is a pink longbow called Kamma Thep. The weapon wasn't named himself, rather, the name just came to him when it first was summoned, as if it already had a name.
- Chii, not finding the weapon viable in combat in the slightest, often summons Kamma Thep for...unconvential uses, such as cutting fruit or drawing dirt maps.
- Though his leadership is unmatched, Chii is, unfortunately, a profligate spender and horrible at managing the guild's funds and supply orders. After a certain burrito catering incident, Kaji has taken over (and banned Chii from) handling the guild's finances.
