Blu, or Bludius Maximos, also known as The Crying Banshee, a fellow who's recently deceased, previously found at the Hey Penny! Arcade trying to win a better afterlife from the machine though lost to Georgie who found himself winning an angelic afterlife. Recently he's been traveling to see the world to experience all the world has to offer him! The party once found him in the town of Hollybrook, a small town for the festival of Yulexide. As well as in a small town working a part time job working for a baker named dandelion while a strange play, is put on in the background.
