Emi Komatsu

Emi is a pale, petite young woman who likes lolita fashion and has integrated aspects into her everyday wear. She keeps her short blonde hair very tidy, and doesn't like when people mess it up on purpose.

Despite her ultimate and her reputation in school as a serial killer, Emi is incredibly friendly and bubbly. She is very devoted to those who take the chance to be her friends. The only time those within school walls see Emi's dangerous side is when she is directly threatened or one of her friends is harmed.

Emi has had a fascination with death and murder from a young age, despite her parents attempting to keep her away from it at all costs. Emi played the part of a good daughter until finally snapping and running away from home as to not hurt her parents. She took the dark urge in her and found a gang in a bad part of town and made her first kills. From then on Emi hid from police and killed only those she deemed as to having done wrong (though she may not have always been right). When police finally grew desperate to catch her Hope's Peak offered some of their best, and within days they made contact with Emi and offered her a place in the school under the agreement that she didn't harm anybody there. Tired of a lonely life and eager for friends Emi accepted and begun her school life.

Emi earned her title as the Ultimate Serial Killer due to her wits, skill with a blade, and lack of hesitation to commit heinous crimes. She evaded police for nearly two years before Hope's Peak intervened, and committed countless murders before then. Having an innocent look certainly helped, but Emi gets full credit for her quick thinking and awful crimes.
