Whittles, makes small figures- animals, plants, objects- decorates his home and also sells them at the towns monthly market
Always wears gumboots. It does not need to be raining or a wet environment (like wading in the river). He will wear gumboots.
His tattoo moves!! like the vines can sway and grow, and the eyes blink
Can use magic to change form. only lasts for a few hours.

Townsfolk often warn travellers of the witch of the woods, warn that there's a horrible man who'll curse you're bloodline. But like people who do run into him find that he's just.. some guy. Some cheery guy. This guy. Leif. He is probably harmless. Some swear they saw his tattoo move, which to be fair is weird. It's probably fine.
