Silly Smurf

Silly Smurf, sometimes known as Party Smurf, is hyperactive, excitable, quirky, and outgoing. He's the perfect smurf to have around if you're ever feeling a bit blue! He enjoys celebrating and throwing the biggest parties possible whilst also being the entertainment. Silly often has his own jokes and gags to bring along like a giant confetti cannon, cake launcher, wacky instruments and even a bouncy castle! He always gets excited over the words; Party and celebration. In no time, he rushes to see what needs to be planned, even if it's months away from actually being celebrated- He's got all sorts of decorations too for each holiday of the year. Though he hates that the village only performs holidays every 4 years. In general, Silly is very lighthearted and Optimistic, despite the serious dangers that may be around him. He also accepts everyone as his friend!
