Patches

Based off of COTC animatronic dragon 

Despite his tough exterior he is very kind, he watches over little kids in the creek and likes to read to them. Patches often dresses up as characters from books or just wacky in general for the kids. Patches dyes his hair a lot as well to match. 

Carries around Reedy sometimes, he's on a quest to get new batteries for it!
