Eimear traveles the length and breadth of Serpent's Bluff with her brother-in-crime, Eoghan. The two are relatively well known among the locals; often they trick tourists with pretty songs and promises of great adventures, only to run away with their belongings when not looking. Eimear's the definite brains of the operation, making sure her brother performs well as the gorgeous siren of the sea. As long as they can make a comfortable living, she'll continue this way of life as long as they're able to.

- Well versed in acting and making herself seem believable; it's hard to tell if her magic gives her an edge, or if it's just an art that has been perfected.
- While they have no value, Eimear enjoys collecting shells and dried starfish from the tides.
- Enamored with seals; it's not uncommon for Eoghan to bring her out wading through the sea to make friends with one.
- Doesn't speak often; her voice is quite low and raspy, though it's hard to say if it's from an injury or disuse.
- Always dreamed about being a pirate after so many nights of stories from their mother, but she knows preying off tourists is a much more profitable gig.

Eimear has always been a barnacle stuck to her brother's side; she says it's for protection, but there's a bigger chance that it's because he's the only one left after they lost both their parents. They bicker like siblings do but there's also a deeper connection there. Eimear's mother made her promise to always look after Eoghan, and she intends to do just that.
Alder [ target ]
While tourists are all fun and dandy to harass and steal from, Eimear has always dreamed of poking around Alder's ship to see just what secrets he keeps on board. He's thrwarted every one of the sibling's attempts to get on board, but she just knows that she'll get on there one day!
