A odd, invisible, force-field like charge contruct surrounding the city maintained by faraway officials. It seems to have the ability to restrict charge usage by to non-destructive levels.

Lilypad Main/Entertainment District

The main hub tourists stay in in Thermal Harbor. Lively and bustling, filled with fun eats, souvenirs, etc.and the like. The local speciality is bottled geyser water and various teas sourced from the forest.

Geyser Stairway

The main draw of Thermal Harbor. A natural steppe formation of layered geysers and hot springs that loosely resembles a stairway.

Reverse Waterfall

A waterfall full of mysteries that flows upstream. Perhaps it was once blessed by the founding spirit?

The Entryway (Visitor Center)

A gated section surrounding the entrance to the town.

A network of large fishbowl-esque domes (named 'wards') housing expanded development of the city underground.

Charge Extraction Zone

A large contraption built by official from a foreign city. It seems to absorb excess charge unused by the underwater ecosystem and convert to something more suitable for human use.

The Residentals

Two domed fishbowl-esque areas where locals of the city reside. Less frequented than the above ground main districts, but there's still fun to be had down here!

Those were the quiet, inexplicable murmurs whispered by the founding spirit. As her draconic gaze swept around the blood-soaked battlefield from above, a faint light began emanating from the ground, restoring injuries, structures, and foliage alike.
